Ordering Information.

As all items are handmade there may be slight variations. I aim to use the finest materials available, with a variety of textures and colours to compliment your wedding theme/colour scheme. I make no extra charge for the use of different coloured inks.

Samples

Samples of two different designs can be supplied free of charge. Any further samples will be charged for in full, plus postage and packing. The cost will be deducted from any order placed.

Quantities

All stationery is priced and sold individually not in multiples of 10 with the exception of scroll boxes, so you do not have to over order. I am happy to supply stationery without inserts for you to print your own and so reduce your costs.

Ordering

When you have named your wedding day, you are advised to order as early as possible. I recommend 4-6 months prior to the wedding. Once your order form has been received I will consider your order confirmed. An express delivery service is available but this is offered at an extra cost and is only available depending on current work load and size of order required.

Please supply a typed copy of your order as you would wish it to appear, eg. Names, addresses, venue, dates, hymns, song titles, readings etc. This can be via email, letter or CD.

You will receive a proof copy of your stationery order. I ask that you check these carefully in full. Indicate any alterations clearly. Sign the acceptance slip and return by post. At this stage a 50% non refundable deposit will also be required, the final balance will be due on receipt of your completed order. The production of the order cannot commence until you have returned your signed proof acceptance slip.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered by Special Delivery and will therefore need a signature on receipt. Please ensure you provide a despatch address where someone will be available to provide a signature for your order. Postage and packing will be charged at cost. I accept no responsibility for loss or damage to your order, once items have been despatched.

Please do not send cash by post. Cheques can be made payable to Helen Allen.
