Save the Day Card

The perfect way to ensure your guests are free to attend your special event, or inform you early if they are unable to accept so you can make alternative plans. Allow one per household. Choose from these styles:

• Flat card with the date - £0.50

Wedding Invitation

Set the scene for your special day. Allow one invitation per household. Children over 16 could have their own invite if you so wished. Choose from these styles:

• Flat card - £1.00
• Folded card without insert - £1.25
• Folded card with insert - £1.50
• Folded landscape wallet card or cheque book style with up uo 3 loose leaf inserts - £1.50
• Vellum or card wrap tied with a ribbon - £1.20
• Tag in a pocket, with co-ordinating  ribbon - £2.00

Boxed Scroll Invitation

The scroll can be used as a day or evening invitation, and can include a reply slip and self addressed  envelope if you wish.

Decorated according to your chosen colour and theme, bound with ribbon or card and an embellishment of your choice to complete the look.  Allow one per household.

A boxed Scroll in A4 or A5 with a choice of 28 colours. These can be presented all in one colour box or different coloured lid to tray or visa versa, they are posted in a plain white postal box.

Boxed scrolls can be assembled and addressed for you at little extra cost.

Evening Invitation

An invitation for those guests joining in the evening celebrations of the wedding. Or you may have married abroad and now wish to celebrate with family and friends at home. Allow one per household. Children over 16 could have their own invitation. Choose from:

• Folded card with insert - £1.50
• Folded landscape wallet card with up to 3 loose leaf inserts - £1.50
• Vellum or card wrap - £1.20

• Tag in a pocket with co-ordinating ribbon - £2.00

Reply Card

Allows your guests to reply to your invitation promptly, especially if you include a stamped addressed envelope. Allowing you to make early confirmation of your plans. (IE: catering numbers, special dietary needs etc.) Allow one per invite. Choose from:

• Flat card - £1.00
• Folded card without insert - £1.25
• A5 scrolls with a plain reply envelope - £0.80
• Self addressed envelope with label - £0.15

All stationery is personalised and addressed in your chosen font, please see available font list and please ask if you don’t see one you would like.

Order of Service/Ceremony

An A5 folded cover of your chosen design with one or more inserts, allowing your guests to follow the ceremony and join in where appropriate.

Please note: they can be used in a religious or civil ceremony and provide a lasting memory of the day. Please check the content with your priest/vicar before sending to print. Allow one per guest and additional copies for the clergy, choir or registrar. A civil ceremony should have no religious content.

Order of the Day

An A5 folded cover of your chosen design, with one or more inserts.

Please note: often used for a civil ceremony, ensuring your guests are fully informed of what will take place and where. EG: where the welcome drinks are served, the ceremony, readings, songs/music and events to follow, reception details, toasts, cake cutting , disco, fireworks and time of the last dance. They also provide a lasting memory of the day. Allow one per guest, or couple. There should be no religious content in a civil ceremony. Please check with your registrar on the content before sending to print.

Menu

Keeping your guests informed of the delights to be served. You could provide one menu per guest but it is acceptable to allow one menu per four guests or one menu per table. Choose from:

• Flat card - £1.00
• Folded card without insert - £1.25
• Folded card with 1 insert - £1.50
• A5 flat card, incorporating the menu with the table number/name on the reverse - £1.50

Place Card

To help your guests find their seat at the reception. Often taken by guests as a keep sake. Allow one per guest. Plain cards can also be used to label food for a buffet. Choose from:

• Blank tent fold card - £0.20
• Tent fold card with an embellishment but no text - £0.70
• Tent fold card with embellishment and guest name - £0.80
• Tag type design with your guest name and a ribbon - £0.90
• Guest name - £0.10

Table Number/Name

A flat A5 card to co-ordinate with your stationery or the colour/theme of your wedding. This card and the flat menu card can be combined to reduce your costs. Provide one per table.

• Flat card - £0.80

Table Plan/Escort Card

A Table plan placed at the entrance of your reception room to help your guests find their seat in the reception is useful. It will be co-ordinated with your wedding stationery. The size of the plan depends on the number tables at your reception. This will also influence the price. There are two designs available.

An alternative to a table plan is an escort card. These are small cards with the guests name on the front and the table number inside. They are usually placed on a table at the entrance to the reception room. Whilst producing a stunning look, it adds a personal touch.

• Up to 3 tables and top table (A3 size) - £20.00
• Up to 8 tables and top table (A2 size) - £40.00
• Up to 12 tables and top table (A1 or A2 size) - £60.00
• Mounted table plan up to 8 tables and top table (A3 or A4 size) - £20.00
• Escort Cards with guest's name, table number and embellishment - £0.40

Thank you

A card that allows you to say thank you to your guests for being able to share your special day, and their gift. The card can include your new address if you wish. Allow one per household.

This card can also be used to thank those who have made your wedding day possible,  eg Best Man, Ushers, and Bridesmaids, florist, hairdresser, hotel staff. Choose from:

• Flat card with thank you message - £0.50
• Blank folded card - £1.25
• Folded card with insert including message and new address - £1.70
• Folded card for Best Man, Ushers, Bridesmaids, Parents etc - £1.25

Wedding Favour

Lottery tickets can be used as a favour and presented in a wallet or scroll. Why not give your guests a CD of your chosen music and present it in a wallet to co-ordinate with your wedding stationery. You will need to provide the lottery tickets, and CD.
