Sizzling September – brought more celebrations

Back  in September 2015 there were more celebrations of all kinds for both customers and staff.
On the 1st of Septmber 2015, I’m pleased to say Celebration Invitations took the plunge from a cottage industry to a small business now based in Skipton, North Yorkshire within the building of Choice Baskets  Helped by good friend Maureen and hubby who you may have read the previous blog – Let me introduce you to Maureen……... The big move began.

It’s amazing how much you can fit into a little cottage without trying!! but look at it now.

It’s been quite a mission but the show must go on and  at the beginning of the month, another table plan, this time in blue for  Herriot’s hotel, Skipton

Next it was a fabulous and fresh Raspberry pink and bright white Invitations for  Rachel and Kevin who were married in Skipton and celebrated with their guests  at the Craiglands Hotel, Ilkley.

A returning client from last month, Kathy and Nick were hosting Kathy’s son and his wife to be -  Rehearsal Dinner at Coquette, Raleigh  America.  Using a photograph of Kristen’s bouquet we made the  white invitations, to co ordinate with the wedding colours that were to follow.

Kathy provided  an engagemnet photograph of Steve and Kristen and asked for it to be used on the guest place names to make them truely personal to the couple.

Lynda is also a returning client and a very loyal one and now a friend for many years.  This time it was Lynda and Gary’s turn, it was their 35th Wedding Anniversary for a private celebration at home.  The brief was something in Coral and lace.

Finally in September Lisa and Tom asked for the chocolate bar wrapper, so they could assemble themselves,  to invite guests to their wedding.

The Chocolate bar Wedding invitation has now become very popular, hardly surprising as an alternative fun wedding invitation, which  can be printed onto white silk  paper or pearlescent paper in any colour combination to match your wedding theme, with your own text.  It is now available as -  the wrapper only,  for you to provide your own chocolate and assemble your own invitations -  great fun with your bridesmaids helping.
